Wow! My stay at this hotel was just fantastic! The rooms are perfectly clean, spacious, and stylish, offering breathtaking views over the cityscape. They are very comfortable and cater well to western travelers when it comes to food and English services. The service provided by the staff, including the chefs, was nothing short of the best, with everyone smiling and having very positive attitudes. They even surprised us with champagne at dinner! The location is amazing too, being close to the ocean and the popular Olympic Sailing Center in Qingdao, with the subway station right outside the front entrance. As for dining, the Italy restaurants come highly recommended for their nice ambiance, well-spoken staff, and excellent food choices. The hotel has a lot to offer with a great variety of options, but could improve on keeping the food hot. On a positive note, the hotel facilities were clean and big, providing all the amenities one could ask for. Overall, it was a delightful experience with so much shopping around the hotel and love for the courtesy shown. A truly luxurious stay!
The hotel provided a spacious room with a free extra bed for our kids and excellent English skills. The room was well-set with two beds, a comfortable sitting area, a nice and open closet, and a contemporary magnificent bathroom, ensuring a restful stay and an excellent time. However, the dining options were limited to pies, which was a downside.
